Sr. Adam Regensburg & Fy. TJ Rothmann Earn NESCAC Player of the Week Honors

HADLEY, MA -- Williams College sneior WR and punter Adam Regensburg (Pottstown, Pa.) and first year linebacker Tj Rothmann (Norwell, Mass.) earned NESCAC Player of the Week honors for leading Wiliams to a 24-7 win at Colby.

NESCAC Special Teams Player of the Week

Adam Regensburg had seven punts in the victory at Colby, averaging 42.7 yards per punt and placing five of the seven punts inside the 20-yard line to help Williams in thefield position battle. All five of his second half punts pinned Colby at or inside the 20-yard line. He also caught one pass for four yards. Regensburg has also lettered in baseballfor the ephs the past three year.

NESCAC Defensive Player of the Week

Rothmann made 19 tackles in a win over Colby, including nine solo and two for loss. He broke up one pass and blocked a potential game-tying field goal early in the fourth quarter in the Ephs' victory. Rothmann's 19 tackles in the game was one short of tying the school record set by Graham Goldwasser in 2004.
