SALEM, VA – On day two in Salem for the NCAA DIII National Semifinals the Williams College men's basketball team made a morning trip to Salem High School to engage in a community service event with the Salem High Scholl Special Education Program.

When the Ephs arrived a the high school they were met by Candice McNew that the folks in her Special Education program were in the gym waiting to meet the Ephs.

Eph players were matched up with groups of the students and offered them tips on playing basketball that included dribbling, passing and shooting drills with a modified one on one opportunity here and there.

Next on the Eph agenda for the day was a trip to the Salem Civic center for a 75-minute practice session that was followed by a team picture and some players being interviewed by members of the media.

A banquet was held at The Circle in the Square in Roanoke that included a brief program and then the Ephs were allowed to visit the Pinball Museum where they played various old-style pinball games for about 45 minutes before returning to the hotel for a meeting with the coaching staff to go over the game plan for the game against Augustana College tomorrow night.
