As an assistant at Dartmouth, Bradley was responsible for the production of scouting reports, recruiting nationally, player development, scheduling games, and volunteer opportunities for the program.

Prior to Dartmouth, Bradley worked two years at North Carolina Central University (NCCU), first as the Director of Operations before taking on the role of Graduate Manager the following year, giving him a role in the on-court development of the student-athlete. While on staff at NCCU, the team participated in the 2014 NCAA Tournament and 2015 NIT amassing a 53-14 record.

A 2013 graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, Bradley earned a degree in political science with a concentration in economics. He also played for the Quakers before transitioning to student assistant coach as a junior, helping Guilford post a record of 82-31 in his four seasons with the team.

During Bradley's freshman season, the Quakers won the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) title and reached its second straight Division III Final Four, finishing the year at 30-3.
