WILLIAMSTOWN, MA – The puck will drop in Fenway Park where second base normally is located on January 7, 2014 at 7:30 PM when the Ephs of Williams College will tangle with the Bantams of Trinity College.
This will be a NESCAC regular season contest, Williams having given up its home encounter with Trinity to fit the game into the 2014 Citi Frozen Fenway collegiate game series being offered this winter in "America's Most Beloved Ballpark."
Tickets for the Williams vs. Trinity contest, which is preceded by a 4:00 PM game between UMass Boston and Salem State are just $10.00, entitling the bearer to see both games.
You can order tickets at www.redsox.com/frozenfenway -- or by calling the Red Sox Ticket Office at 877-733-7699.
On Friday, December 20, Mike Raciti of the Trinity Athletic Department and Bantam senior Travis Kotecco (Nairobi, Kenya), joined Williams' Sports Information Director Dick Quinn and Eph junior Nate Thompson (South Hadley, MA) at Serio's Market at 65 State Street in Northampton, Mass., to film the promo linked below.
The promo conceived by Raciti, is intended for use on both the Trinity and Williams web sites and is expected to air on the message boards at Fenway Park the night of the game.
