Current Job Title and brief description of your duties and responsibilities:  Pediatric Anesthetist - Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital - Hollywood, Fla. Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout the entire perioperative period for surgical procedures.

Williams graduation year:  2009

Degree you earned at Williams:  Double major in Mathematics and Linguistics

How you got involved in Eph Sports Information:  I was offered a position after taking Kris Dufour's winter study course on Sports Writing.  I was more than thrilled to leave my job in Greylock Dining Hall and even more excited to have a job in sports journalism, which was a passion of mine in high school.

What you did in Eph Sports Information:  I was a Sports Information Assistant and was the head writer and reporter for Women's Volleyball and Baseball, amongst others.

Favorite Eph Sports Information memory:   Parlaying my position into a team manager role for Women's Volleyball, and traveling with the team as they clinched a NESCAC championship and advanced to the Elite 8 in 2008.

Fun Fact:  So proficient in his duties in Eph Sports Info was Jacob, we  had to create an Outstanding Achievement Award to recognize his excellence a second time. He won the first ever Outstanding Achievement honor in 2009, having won The Frank Deford Award in 2008 – Read about both awards HERE.
