AMHERST, MA - The men's squash team defeated Amherst today to claim another Little Threes victory. This marks the 18th consecutive year that the Eph men have own the Little Three title.
Playing on a five court system, the men began with John Fitzgerald '19, Carl Shuck '20, Will Ruggiero '19, and Claude Smith '20 at the 2, 4, 6, and 8 spots. All of these men were able to defeat their opponents to put Williams in a 4-0 lead.
Next on court were Jamie Ruggiero '17, Will Means '20, John Shuck '17, Mason Elizondo '18, and Ben Eisenberg '19. These men were also able to defeat their opponents to make the final score 9-0.
Coach Zafi Levy said of the match, "I'm so glad to capture another Little Three's victory. Amherst and Wesleyan fought hard today and it is always such an honor playing such schools. I am excited to return next weekend for our NESCAC Tournament."
The Eph squash team will return to Amherst next weekend to play NESCACs.
