WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS – Mark Raymond's Williams College football team (3-1) returns home this Saturday to play Hamilton at 2:00 PM on Farley- Lamb Field.
The Ephs will enter the contest riding a three-game win streak, having won on the road last Saturday at Colby 17-0.
Dave Murray's Hamilton Continentals enter the contest at 2-2 after falling 31-24 at Trinity last week.
Raymond's Ephs have allowed a NESCAC best 8.8 points per game and have outscored the opposition 102-18 in their three wins. The Ephs lead NESCAC in scoring defense, allowing but 8.8 points per game.
Both Hamilton and Williams have done a good job of protecting the ball as both teams are plus 3 on the year in turnover margin.
Hamilton senior quarterback Kenny Gray has thrown for 720 yards in four games, while the Ephs' junior quarterback Bobby Maimaron has passed for 710 yards.
Hamilton senior linebacker Carmine Bruno is third in NESCA in tackles with 34 (8.5/game). Bruno has assisted on a sack and he has 2.5 tackles for a loss.
Junior linebacker Jarrett Wesner leads the Eph defense with 33 tackles (8.3/game) and he has notched 1 sack and 3 tackles for a loss.
Eph junior wide receiver Frank Stola leads NESCAC in scoring with 48 points (12.0/game), while Hamilton running back David Kagan ranks second in NESCAC scoring with 36 points (9.0).
