HADLEY, MA — Williams College senior Michael Mayer (Durham, NC) was selected First Team All-NESCAC, it was released Wednesday. First Year Duncan Robinson (New Castle, NH) also earned the respect of league coaches, garnering Second Team All-NESCAC honors after a stellar rookie campaign and being selected as the NSCAC Rookie of the Year.
Mayer earned back-to-back First Team All-NESCAC recognition, as he helped lead the Ephs to their second straight NCAA Tournament appearance. Mayer leads all NESCAC post players with 17.9 points per game, while his 8.0 rebounds per game and 53.8 field goal percentage are good for sixth and ninth, respectively.

Mayer's point and rebound averages are tops on the Ephs. His career-point total of 1,345 is 13th all-time at Williams and his 643 rebounds puts him 7th all-time for Williams. He also had 159 career assists and 77 career blocks.
Robinson averages 16.7 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game in his first collegiate season. He shot 55.1 percent from the floor, 47.0 percent from three-point range and 88.9 percent from the free-throw line. Robinson is the second Eph to earn NESCAC Rookie of the Year honors, with Michael Crotty earning the award in 2001.
Robinson leads the Ephs in points scored (433) and is second in rebounds only to Mayer on the Ephs. He was the first first-year to be named All-NESCAC since 2000-2001.
