Justin Sosinsky joined Kevin App’s Williams men's basketball staff in the fall of 2019. He comes to the Ephs after spending the previous two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Division III Messiah College.

During his time at Messiah, Sosinsky worked full time as an assistant coach and some of his responsibilities included overseeing the camps and shootouts, along with scouting opponents, player development, and recruiting. In his two years as an assistant, the Falcons had a 24-27 record and made the Mid-Atlantic Conference tournament for the first time since the 2014-15 season. Sosinsky also coached one 1st team All-Conference selection (2x), one 2nd team All-Conference selection, one 1,000-point scorer, and five Academic All-Conference selections.

Prior to working at Messiah, Sosinsky spent three seasons as an assistant at Ripon College, where the Red Hawks compiled a 50-24 record and made the Midwest Conference Tournament all three seasons. Sosinsky also coached one All-American (3x), one conference player of the year (3x), four all-conference players, three 1,000 point scorers, and Ripon's all-time leading scorer. In his last year, the Red Hawks won the conference tournament and advanced to the NCAA Tournament, while leading the nation in field goal percentage (.516) and 3-point field goal percentage (.452).

Along with coaching at Ripon and Messiah, Sosinsky coached boys AAU teams for the Wisconsin Blizzard and worked basketball showcases and camps for programs including Hoop Group, City of Basketball Love, Brian Butch Academy, and PGC.

The Princeton, Wis. native graduated from Ripon College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and he earned his Master’s degree in Higher Education from Messiah College in 2019. Sosinsky will serve as the Williams JV basketball head coach.
