Ryan Pascarella enters his first season as goalie coach/operations assistant for the Williams College men's and women's ice hockey programs during the 2026-27 season.

He comes to Williams after spending the past three seasons as an assistant coach with the men's ice hockey team at SUNY Morrisville. Pascarella also served as an assistant coach with Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, Ohio, working with players daily on the ice and with hockey operations.

Additionally, Pascarella spent time as a women's ice hockey goalie coach at Hamilton in Clinton, New York, was a regional scout for the El Paso Rhinos in Texas and served as a personal trainer with Erie Sports Now (ESN) Fitness & Performance Center in Pennsylvania.

A 2022 graduate of SUNY Fredonia, Pascarella was a member of the men’s ice hockey team, appearing in net during 13 games. Across his career, he recorded 145 saves and a .912 save percentage, compiling one shutout victory.

Pascarella earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a minor in psychology from Fredonia, and then furthered his academic career, earning a Master of Science in fitness and wellness leadership from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2025. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Science in sports management from SUNY Cortland.
