Kelsey has coached Williams Skiing since 2010. During her time working with the team, individuals on the team have earned five All-American titles and qualified 13 times for the NCAA championships.

Gura graduated from Williams in 2010 with a B.A. in Computer Science, after skiing four years under Ed Grees. She was raised a Sugarloafer and is also a Burkie.
