Allie Clark enters her seventh year as an Assistant Coach for the Williams College men's and women's swimming & diving teams in 2024-25.

She served as the Acting Head Coach for the programs during the 2024 fall semester, as Head Coach Steve Kuster was on sabbatical leave.

She joined the Eph staff in the fall of 2018 after serving for a year as an Assistant Coach at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota. At Macalester, she coached swimmers of all disciplines, assisted with recruitment and managed team social media.    

Prior to Macalester, Clark was a four-year member of the Carleton Knights' swim and dive program. There, she was elected captain, a conference finalist and an All-Conference honoree. Clark graduated from Carleton College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. 

A native of Northfield, Minnesota, Clark also has coaching experience at the club and swim camp levels. She was an Assistant Swim Coach for the Northfield Bullsharks for four years and has coached for two summers at the Stanford Swim Camp.
