Connor Eschmann is a first year coach serving as second assistant under George McCormick responsible for face-off personnel and substitution box coordinator. Eschmann joined McCormack's staff in the fall of 2018.
Eschmann was a four-year letterman and four year starter at Springfield College. In his junior and senior years Eschmann earned All-NEWMAC First Team honors. During Eschmann's career Springfield won the NEWMAC title all four years and advanced to the NCAA Tournament each season, advancing as far as the Sweet Sixteen.
Eschmann earned IMCLA All-American honors in 2018 and played in the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association East/West Game.
Eschmann graduate from Springfield College in 2018 wth a degree in crimnal justice.
At King Philip High School in Wrentham, Mass. Eschmann was a two-time Hockomock Conference honoree.
