NEW ORLEANS, LA – Six members of Pete Farwell's 2015 Williams College men's cross country team that finished second at the 2015 NCAA Championship race have earned Individual Academic honors form the United States Track & field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

In addition the Eph men also secured a Scholar Team Award from the USTFCCCA for owning a team GPA of 3.46, easily surpassing the minimum required team GPA of 3.10.

With the Eph men claiming second place and the Eph women capturing their third NCAA title the 2015 season marked the best-combined finish in Eph cross-country history.

There were 151 men's teams with GPAs of 3.1 or better in the fall of 2015.

No men's team had seven All-Academic honorees, but four had six — Bates College, Tufts University, the University of Chicago and Williams College.

The six honored Ephs this year include: Bijan Mazaheri, Peter Hale, Ben Decker, Todd Ford, Griffin Colaizzi and Noah Williams.
