Both Harrington and Frank have been three-year contributors to the program.
"Mo and Emma have both had a great impact on our team already and have leadership qualities that will help our team immensely," Ephs' head coach Kris Herman said. "They are tremendous students and represent Williams and Williams softball very well. I look forward to working with them."
Williams is coming off one of its finest season's in the Herman era, based on a 25-13 record and a NESCAC West Division Crown, the Ephs

first since 2010. They led to a berth in the NCAA Div. III Tournament, their first since 2006. Williams was awarded the right to host one of 16 NCAA Regionals, where they were eliminated by Endicott. The regional was won by eventual national champion Tufts.
Harrington has been the Ephs' ace or co-ace all three of her seasons in the circle. Last season she finished 13-8 with a 2.12 ERA and was a First Team All-NESCAC selection. Over her career she has compiled a 36-19 record with a 2.13 ERA. Over 319 innings, she has allowed 316 hits, walked 94 and struck out 257.
Frank has played in the outfield the past two seasons but has spelled infielders at times as well. She hit .319 this past season, playing in 30 games and knocking in 14 runs while scoring 13. She has a career batting average of .321 at Williams over 84 games. She has 32 RBI over that time and has scored 43 runs while walking 18 times and stealing 13 bases.
