Grafton County, NH - Williams College Alpine skier Hannah Hunsaker '19, in a bid for glory, skied out in today's Slalom event. Today's result notwithstanding, Hannah has had a great Championships expereicne.

Day three of the 2017 NCAA Championships unfolded on the slopes of Cannon Mountain in Grafton County, NH for the Slalom event. Hunsaker, the only Williams Apline skier at the Championships, left it all on the line in her strongest event. Unfortunately, the two-time All-American and sixth place finisher from two days ago in the Giant Slalom, skied out in her first run.

Although disappointed with her result, Hunsaker said that she is honored to have had represented Williams skiing and would like to thank her teammates and coaches for their support.

Eph Alpine head coach Kelsey Levine echoed Hannah's disappointment, "While today's race was tough, Hannah has had a remarkable Championships."

Championship racing continues tomorrow with the Ephs fielding three Nordic racers in the 20K mass start freestyle.
