HADLEY, MASS. – Maggie Meehan's first all-conference honor finds her being voted to the All-NESCAC Second Team by the conference coaches in a season in which she has started all 26 games for the Ephs (18-8).
"I am thrilled that Maggie was selected to the Second Team All-NESCAC," said Eph head coach Pat Manning. "She has worked hard to expand her game and it is exciting to see that effort pay off. Maggie has been a consistent scorer for us this season and is a threat both off the dribble and the pass. I am most pleased with her growth on the defensive end of the floor. Our conference is loaded with talent and Maggie being recognized is a testament to her hard work and commitment to being the best she can be"
Meehan, a junior guard, is a prime reason why the Ephs advanced to the semifinals of the NESCAC Tournament and subsequently secured an At-Large berth in the NCAA DIII Tournament.
