Chloe Heiting chosen as NESCAC Player of the Week

HADLEY, Mass. — Williams College first year goaltender Chloe Heiting (Woodbury, MN) has been selected as the New England Small College Athletic Conference's Women's Hockey Player of the Week for play ending Sunday, Janaury 27th. 

Heiting stopped 40 of 42 shots last week for a .952 save percentage while posting a shutout as the Ephs defeated Amherst, 4-0, for their first win over the Mammoths since 2006. Heiting posted 16 saves en route to the shutout and stopped 24 of 26 shots on Saturday as the Ephs completed the sweep of Amherst with a 5-2 victory. Heiting is 10-2-0 this season with a .939 save percentage and 1.38 goals against average. She has three shutouts to date.
