Barbara Grossov begins her third year as an Assistant Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at Williams College in 2025-26, leading the throws event group. 

Grossov spent the past two years at Gwynedd Mercy University in Pennsylvania, with the 2023 season serving as Interim Head Coach. Prior to GMU, Grossov worked as a Sport Nutrition Intern at Florida Atlantic University.

Grossov earned her bachelor's and master's in exercise science from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the track & field team, competing in the throwing events. She holds a USATF Level 1 certification, as well as being a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sport Medicine.
