Blair Dils enters his 18th season as an Assistant Coach for the Williams College men's and women's squash teams in 2024-25. He is a Williamstown, Massachusetts, resident of many years and has been Assistant Coach since the 2007-08 season.

He played for Bowdoin College, graduating in 1990, where he also played soccer and tennis for four years. He currently assists with the junior squash programs at the Simon Squash Center.

Dils is an English teacher at Mount Greylock High School and the boys' varsity soccer coach. He holds his Master's in English from The College of Saint Rose. His wife is Jessica Storey Dils, and together they have three children, Tommy, Miranda and Sam.
