Blair Dils has been the Assistant Coach for the Williams College men's and women's squash teams since the 2007-08 season.

He played for Bowdoin College, graduating in 1990, where he also played soccer and tennis for four years.

Dils is a Physical Education teacher and former English teacher at Mount Greylock High School. He coaches girls soccer for both Mount Greylock and the Berkshire Ajax soccer club.

He holds his Master's in English from The College of Saint Rose. His wife is Jessica Storey Dils, and he is the proud father of three NESCAC graduates, Tom (Middlebury ‘17), Miranda (Bowdoin ‘19), and Sam (Hamilton ‘22).
