Hesham Aly

After serving as the Interim Men's and Women's Squash Coach for the 2023-24 season, Hesham Aly was elevated to Head Coach of the programs in May 2024. He enters his first season as head coach of the programs in 2024-25.

During Aly's year as Interim Head Coach, the women's team advanced to the semifinals of the NESCAC Tournament and the finals of the Kurtz Cup during the CSA National Team Championship. The men's team also reached the NESCAC Semifinals and qualified for the finals of the Hoehn Cup during the CSA National Team Championship.

Aly, a former top-10 junior from Alexandria, Egypt, and member of the Egyptian junior national team, won three national league championships with his club program. His 17 years of coaching experience prior to joining Williams included time with some of the top players in the sport, including Nour El Sherbini.
 
Before relocating to the United States in 2017, he was appointed as Director of the Squash Academy at the Alexandria Sporting Club. In the subsequent year, he assumed the role of Assistant Coach for the women's team at Princeton University, where he coached for five years.
