Brandon Pearson enters his second season as an Assistant Coach of the Williams College men's and women's swimming & diving teams in 2024-25 and his sixth season coaching the sport of diving overall.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Pearson received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan University in 2019. He is the current record holder for the Cardinals in both the 1- and 3-meter events.

During his first season, he was awarded the Rookie of the Year award, and his sophomore year, earned a perfect “10” at the Ephs' own Carl R. Samuelson and Robert B. Muir Pool. Pearson has experience working with athletes of a wide range of skills, and is excited to begin his journey with the Ephs.
