Kaitlin Salisbury

Katilin Salisbury joined the Williams men’s and women’s track and field coaching staff as an assistant coach for both team in December of 2021.
 
Kaitlin Salisbury is a Hawthorne, New Jersey native who spent 5 years at the NCAA DI level competing for both Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
 
While in the Patriot League, she was a three-time Patriot League champion (60m), eight-time All-Patriot League h9noree (3x First Team, 5x Second Team) . She scored 72 points at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (60m, triple jump, long jump, 200m), and 67 points at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (long jump, triple jump, 100m, 200m). She was the Patriot League Rookie of the Meet in the 2017 Indoor Championships. Additionally, she was five-time NCAA DI  All-East honoree.
 
She holds the Bucknell school record in the outdoor 100m (11.84), outdoor long jump (19-9 1/2), indoor long jump (19-3-1/2) and indoor 60m (7.50) and also owns the fifth-best outdoor 200 (24.75), third-best outdoor triple jump (39-10-1/2), third-best indoor 200 (24.69), and the third-best indoor triple jump (40-3-1/4) and was part of three Bucknell top-ten 4x100 squads. 
 
At Rutgers, she competed in the 100, 200, long jump, triple jump, and the 4x100 for one outdoor season. She was then a volunteer coach for the remainder of the spring season and during the fall training period in 2021.
