HADLEY, MA — Williams College junior goalkeeper Tressa Palcheck (Schaumburg, Ill.) has been selected as the New England Small College Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week for play ending Sunday, November 9.
Palcheck registered seven saves over the weekend to help Williams capture its first NESCAC Championship since 2012. She stopped five shots in the semifinal round against Middlebury. Palcheck followed up with a pair of saves in the title game versus Bowdoin to earn her 10th shutout of the season as the Ephs won their seventh overall conference trophy.
Palcheck leads the NESCAC with a 0.41 goals against average and has allowed seven goals this season. She is second in the conference in save percentage with a .883 pct.
