WILLIAMSTOWN, MA – Williams College sophomore outside hitter Erin Denham (Winnetka, Ill) has been accorded Second Team All-NESCAC Volleyball honors in a vote by the conference coaches.
Denham played in 23 matches and 71 sets for the 11-12 Ephs who advanced to the NESCAC Tournament. She led the Ephs in kills on the year with 240 (3.38/set) and she recorded a team best .213 hitting percentage. Her 101 digs was fourth best on the Eph team and she averaged 3.6 points per set.
In her first two years at Williams Denham has registered 291 kills.
"We are incredibly proud of Erin as it is a well-deserved honor for her to be named to the All-NESCAC Second Team," said Eph head coach Christi Kelsey. "She put together a strong sophomore year from start to finish. Individual awards like this are a reflection of our team's efforts and what we do to help support each other and how we play together. Overall, we are proud of our entire team and what we have accomplished this season and are very much looking forward to the future of Williams volleyball."
