David Lindholm enters his second season as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Recruitment and Sports Supervision during the 2025-26 season at Williams College.
 
Lindholm comes to Williams from Bard College where he served for the past two years as the Athletic Director. Previously at Bard, Lindholm filled the roles of Associate Athletic Director and Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach since April 2017. He arrived at Bard in 2016 as an Assistant Coach for Men’s Soccer and Men’s and Women’s Squash.
 
"I've known for a long time that Williams is a special place, and I am thrilled to join the department, the college and the community,” stated Lindholm. “Everyone I met through the interview process was impressive in their commitment to a complete student-athlete experience, and I am eager to support those coaches, student-athletes and other staff in accomplishing their goals. I am grateful to Lisa Melendy and the entire search committee for their consideration and for the faith that they've placed in me, and I can't wait to get started."
