DerekCece is a native of Williamstown and enters his third season on thesidelines with the Ephs and his first as a full-time assistantcoach

Ceceplayed under head coach Mike Russo in the local youth soccer club,Berkshire Ajax. He played high school soccer at The Loomis ChaffeeSchool in Connecticut and went on to compete at Middlebury College,where he was selected a captain for his junior and senior seasonsand was tabbed as an NSCAA Third Team All-American in2005.

Cecegraduated from Middlebury in 2006 with a degree in economics. Heholds an Advanced National Diploma from the NSCAA, and is theowner/operator of Cece Family Construction in Pittsfield,MA.
