Eleanor Weisman-Rowell is in her second year as Assistant Director of the Williams Outing Club in 2025-26.

Prior to Williams, Weisman-Rowell guided backpacking trips in the White Mountains for the Appalachian Mountain Club, taught outdoor skills and ecology to middle-school-aged kids with the Chewonki Foundation and instructed climbing programs for North Country Climbing Center in Lisbon, New Hampshire. Weisman-Rowell is a certified Wilderness First Responder and AMGA Climbing Wall Instructor.

A Vermont native, Weisman-Rowell is an avid climber, backpacker and trail runner who enjoys inspiring others to explore and appreciate the natural world. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Education, Leadership and Tourism from Vermont State University.
