Grantham Raymond joins the Williams football staff in 2014 as a defensive assistant coach. Prior to joining the Ephs, he was the defensive quality control coach at Saint Anselm College, where he worked with defensive backs, and dealt with the vital day-to-day operations of the team.

A 2013 graduate of Springfield College, Raymond graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in sport management and minors in business and athletic administration.

Raymond served as an undergraduate assistant coach and assisted with the defensive ends (2010) and defensive backs (2011-2013) at Springfield. During this time, the defense was an integral part in two Eastern College Athletic Conference bowl game victories (2010, 2012).

Raymond was named Springfield College's 2013 Student Employee of the Year.
