The 2013-14 academic year is Mary Clare Snediker's fourth yearas an assistant to Alix Barrale in field hockey and with ChrisMason in lacrosse. She came to Williams after a year coaching fieldhockey and lacrosse at her alma mater, Greenwich (Ct.) Academy.

Snediker graduated from Colby in 2009 with a Bachelor's degreein psychology and a minor in business. At Colby, Snediker was aAll-NESCAC field hockey player and a key defender on a two-timeNESCAC champion women’s lacrosse team.

Snediker earned Colby’s Pamela Hoyt-Sanborn Award forcontributions of sportsmanship and leadership during her time inWaterville. She was also distinguished in the classroom, earningNESCAC Fall and Spring All-Academic honors and academic accoladesfrom the National Field Hockey Coaches Association and theIntercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association.

Snediker was also an active member of SAAC while at Colby.
