Natalie Harris enters her second year as an Assistant Coach for the Williams College women's soccer team during the 2026-27 academic year. She was a volunteer assistant coach for the program from 2013-15.
During the 2025 season, the Ephs (13-2-5, 7-1-2 NESCAC) reached the NESCAC Championship game, while earning an at-large bid into the NCAA Division III Tournament. Williams hosted first and second-round action on the national stage at Cole Field, as Elizabeth Stophel '28 garnered United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-American Fourth Team laurels.
Most recently, Harris was the head varsity girls' soccer coach and a substitute teacher at Mount Greylock Regional High School during the 2024-25 school year, leading the team to a Western Massachusetts Championship and a State Tournament appearance. She is known for developing strong and competitive teams and inspiring student-athletes through a player-focused philosophy. Drawing from international playing days in England, Harris brings a sophisticated understanding of tactics, technique and global soccer culture to every training session.
Harris is a former striker and has a keen eye for the offensive side of the game. Her coaching style values adaptability, clear communication and a supportive team atmosphere where each student-athlete is encouraged to reach their fullest potential.
From 2017-24, Harris was a third-grade teacher at Pine Cobble School in Williamstown, Massachusetts, while serving as the Dean of Students from 2015-17. She also has experience as the Director of Athletics and Summer Programs at Pine Cobble from 2012-17.
She taught third and fourth grade at Blue Rock School in Nyack, New York, from 2008-12, and was a physical education teacher at Sarah Lawrence from 2006-08. Furthermore, she spent time as the head men's soccer coach at Sarah Lawrence from 2006-08 and has been the sports director and staff supervisor at Camp Merriwood in Orford, New Hampshire.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Development and a minor in coaching from the University of Central Lancashire in Preston, United Kingdom, in 2002, and then furthered her education by earning a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Sarah Lawrence in Bronxville, New York, in 2008.
