Rachel Davis is entering her second year as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Williams College during the 2026-27 academic year.

Davis oversees social media, website content, and digital communications for Williams Athletics while supporting media relations, game-day operations, live statistics, livestreaming, photography, graphic design, and multimedia content across the department’s 32 varsity sports. She also coordinates media days, mentors student workers, and collaborates with coaches, student-athletes, photographers, and campus partners to tell the stories of the Ephs.

Prior to joining Williams, Davis worked in athletic communications at Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She also served as a Graduate Assistant in the Athletic Communications Department at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, while earning her Master’s degree in Communications.

Davis earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Media with a minor in Digital Media Strategies from West Virginia University.
