Day is entering his third season at Williams as an assistant. Heassisted in helping the Ephs reach the National Championship gamein 2014 with an overall record of 28-5 and an Elite Eightappearance in 2013 with an overall record of 26-5. Day is directlyinvolved in the implementation and direction of a Princeton HybridOffense, and responsible for all aspects of organizing andoperating the Williams Basketball program. 

Day played point forward in a Princeton style offense atOuachita Baptist University under Mark Price, who is now anassistant coach at Belmont University. Day served as a two-yearcaptain for the Tigers, while earning Academic All ConferenceHonors. Before transferring to Ouachita Baptist, Day startedhis colligate career at Lamar Community College. As a starter, Dayhelped the Runnin' Lopes to a Region IX Championship, and placing5th overall with a 3-1 record in the NJCAA National Tournament. Daywas named Academic All American while playing for Lamar CommunityCollege.

After graduating from Ouachita Baptist with a Bachelors of Artsin Business Administration, Day became an assistant coach atThunderRidge High School, helping the Grizzlies reach thequarterfinals of the 2012 5A Colorado State Tournament. Day hasworked on multiple camp staffs including Belmont University DayCamp, and local camps in the Denver area.

Day is Single and resides in Williamstown.
