Tom Demeo hasbeen a mainstay in the Williams coaching family, entering his22^nd season as coachRusso’s right hand man on the Ephs' sideline.

Demeoreceived his BA in History from North Adams State College in 1986.He served as an assistant soccer coach at NCAA Division 1 UMass in1988 and 1989. While coaching at UMass, he received his Master'sDegree in Instructional Leadership.

Demeoreturned to North Adams State College as the assistant men’ssoccer coach for the 1990-91 seasons. In 1992, Demeo became MikeRusso’s assistant at Williams.

Demeo'stechnical and tactical expertise is well established. He sets highstandards for the players and brings a calm, solid presence totraining sessions and the team. He has always kept everyone’senergy at a high, focused level.

Demeoworks off the field in a campus security capacity here at thecollege. Tom has two children, Dominick and Patrick.
