MIDDLEBURY, VT-  The Williams College women's swimming and diving team (9-0) put the finishing touches on an undefeated regular season with a 185-115 victory over NESCAC rival Middlebury Saturday afternoon.  The Ephs used ten event victories to notch their thirteenth consecutive dual meet victory, dating back to last season.

"We came out today and did what we had to do against Middlebury," said head coach Steve Kuster.  "Our next goal as a team is to get healthy in the next couple weeks and start to assemble our best group for the NESCAC championships."

The top performer for the Ephs was senior Amanda Nicholson, who posted three event victories with the top time in the 100 yard backstroke (1:00.18), the 200 yard backstroke (2:07.55), and the 400 yard IM (4:29.43).

Sophomore Jillian Hancock also had multiple event victories on the day as she bested the field in both the 200 yard freestyle (1:57.19) and the 500 yard freestyle (5:10.64).
