NEW PALTZ, NY - The Williams College volleyball team (12-6)
suffered a tough 3-1 (21-25, 25-19, 19-25, 23-25) loss to SUNY New
Paltz. The game marks the Ephs' first ever loss to the Hawks
(18-5).
Despite the loss, the Ephs posted some impressive stats. Junior
Kate Anderson posted a team-high 16 kills while fellow hitters
Eleanor Levine and Nicole Ballon-Landa smacked down 10 kills
apiece. On the defensive end, senior Chelsea Kubal got 18 digs and
junior Emily Avis picked up 17 digs in addition to her 46 assists.
This Saturday, October 17th, the Ephs face Bowdoin and Tufts
away at Middlebury. The first game begins at 11am.
