Box Score MIDDLEBURY, VT—Today the Williams College Ephs (17-2 Overall; 7-0 NESCAC) defeated The Middlebury Panthers (13-3 Overall; 3-3 NESCAC) 3-0.
The Ephs played a consistent game, coming out strong in the first set 25-12, and carrying the momentum over to the second set to defeat Middlebury 25-21. Williams then finished up the third set 25-18.
Tori Jasuta lead the offense with 11 kills followed by Emily Doll with 9 kills, and Katherine Lane with 8 kills. Mandy Schott lead the defense with 10 digs, and Ryan Farley had 36 assists.
For Middlebury, Amy Hart lead the offense with 12 kills, while Megan Jarchow had 8 digs, and Kathryn Haderlein had 24 assists.
"I was really proud of how incredibly consistent our team was from start to finish against a strong Middlebury team," said coach Christi Kelsey, "We probably played some of our sharpest most well execute volleyball as a team today overall."
Next, the Ephs play Southern Vermont on Tuesday at 7 pm at home.
