Carlisle, PA – In the final match of the weekend and 9
th consecutive away match, the Williams women's squash team took on Dickinson College. The Ephs continued their current win streak sweeping the Red Devils 9-0.
This afternoon's match followed the same 5-court system as the previous two. On first were #2

Deena Iqbal, and #9
Roshni Pal. Solecki found herself in a few close games with her Red Devil opponent but managed to lock in at the end of each to win in straight games. Ng, Brant, Iqbal, Pal also all won 3-0. They played seamlessly and efficiently with all their match times running under 15 minutes.
The second round of matches was played by #1
Haley Jefferson, #3
Theresa Kay, #5
Mira Kamat, and #8
Isabel Kelly. Jefferson, Kay, and Kelly controlled the ball confidently and won their matches without dropping a single game. Kamat fiercely battled through injury to secure the ninth win of the day. She stayed strong in the final points to win the first and second 12-10 and 11-9, respectively. Kamat dropped the third and fourth. Finally, she fought off 2 match balls in fifth to win 12-10.

Haley Jefferson commented "It was a good start to the new year with the team finishing 3-0 this weekend. We're only getting stronger and gearing up for a hard weekend coming up in Maine."
The Ephs will jump right back into training for the rest of the week prepare for a trip to Maine to challenge Bowdoin, Bates, and Colby in their last travel weekend of the regular season.
