WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS -- The 2024 Williams College Football Banquet, sponsored by the Williams Sideline Quarterback Club, was a day to remember! On Sunday, December 8, nearly 175 players, coaches, families, and friends came together at the Williams Inn and The Log to celebrate the Ephs' impressive 5-4 season, capped by a dominantÂ
21-0 victory over Amherst.

As one of the most cherished traditions of the season, the banquet was a testament to the strength of our community. The QB Club proudly contributed to ensuring the attendance of our players, coaches, and staff—a reflection of the deep pride we all share in this program.

A special thank-you to five exceptional Eph students whose talents elevated the season:
- Maya Singh '27Â and Beneyam Hassen '28 for their outstanding still photography
- Ryan Carney '25Â for capturing feature footage from the locker room
- Zach Barnes '24.5 for serving as the Club's inaugural player liaison with excellence and dedication
- Asa Shepherd '27 Â for his exceptional video creation and editing including the Season Highlight video shown at the banquet:

The day also highlighted the incredible achievements of our players. The following awards were presented by the coaching staff:
- Belvidere Brooks Memorial Award - Senior kicker Ivan Shuran
- Michael D. Rakov Memorial Award - Senior offensive lineman Mike Tartaglia
- Charles Dewoody Salmon Award - Freshman linebacker Luke Mangini
- Dr. Edward J. Coughlin Jr. Award - Senior defensive back Zach Barnes
- Richard J. Farley Award - Senior running back Mario Fischetti and Senior offensive lineman Tim Forth

Additionally,  Bruce Grinnell '62  proudly introduced the  Michael Meredith Reily '64 Award, which was presented to Senior running backÂ
Will Sheskey—a moment filled with admiration and pride.

This year's academic achievements were equally impressive. The Ephs set a  new team record with 34 players earning NESCACÂ
