WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - The No. 9-ranked Williams College men's swimming & diving team has been a model of consistency, as the Ephs have won the last six NESCAC Championships and 22 of a possible 24 dating back to 2001.
The Ephs begin the 2025-26 journey on Saturday, Nov. 15, with home dual meets against Springfield and Wesleyan in Samuelson-Muir Pool. During the fall semester, Williams also competes against visiting WPI and Tufts on Saturday, Nov. 22, and then travels to Wesleyan for the Jayden Szkirka Memorial Championships on Dec. 5 and 6 in Middletown, Connecticut.
"With strong senior class leadership and many key returners, the men's team has a lot of promise this year," said head coach
Steve Kuster. "It will be difficult to replace the deep class that graduated, but we expect the first-year class to play an important role and keep us in the mix for another NESCAC title."
The Ephs welcome Little Three-rival Amherst to Williamstown, Massachusetts, for a dual meet on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 1 p.m., and then make the trip to Connecticut College for a 1 p.m. dual meet on Saturday. Jan. 17, in New London, Connecticut. On Friday, Jan. 23, the squad takes on MIT and NYU at 2 p.m. in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and then will prepare to take part in the Middlebury Invite on Jan. 30-31.
The NESCAC Championship takes place at Colby in Waterville, Maine, on Feb. 19-22, and then the NCAA Diving Regional is scheduled for Feb. 27-28 and the NCAA Division III Championship is set to take place on March 18-21 in Indianapolis.
From 2010-24, the Ephs finished in the top-10 overall during each national championship, including a third-place performance in 2015. During the 2025 national championship, 10 Ephs earned All-American status.
"One of the areas we will be looking to improve is on the national level," said Kuster. "While last year's 12th-place effort was nothing to feel down about, we fully expect this team to figure out how to be back in the top 10 this year."
The 2025-26 team has 20 returning student-athletes and nine newcomers, as
