WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Williams College women's soccer team opened its two-game home weekend with a hard-fought 1–1 draw against Colby College on Saturday afternoon at Cole Field. With the result, the Ephs move to 4–1–2 overall and 3–1–1 in NESCAC play.
The match proved evenly contested, with both sides recording six shots on goals and five saves, while Colby held a narrow edge in shots, outshooting Williams 20-17.
The Ephs struck quickly, capitalizing less than two minutes into the match. First-year forward
Lucy Carrel netted her second collegiate goal - both coming in NESCAC play - at the 1:53 mark, finishing a well-placed pass from

Junior
