McDermott finished competition at NCAA National Championship in Utah

MIDWAY, Utah - Williams College sophomore Nordic skier Quinn McDermontt competed in his second and final event at the NCAA National Championship this weekend, with the Nordic events held at Soldier Hollow Nordic Center in Midway, Utah.

The second Nordic event was a 20km freestyle mass start, where McDermott was the lone Eph in an extremely competitive field. McDermott finished in 36th place with a time of 52:38.7. 

The Ephs closed the season finishing 21st in the country, with Eliza Sullivan representing the program on the Alpine side and McDermott on the Nordic side.
