In the second day of competition at NCAAs, the Ephs continued to put together some strong performances that are keeping them in contention for high team finishes.

To open the evening, Sam Brozek came in as the top seed in the consolation final of the 200 Freestyle, as he finished 10th overall, with a blazing 1:37.75.

In the women's 100 fly, the freshman duo of Maggie Farley and Esme Van Orden competed in their first ever NCAA final and placed fourth and eighth respectively. This grants the duo All-American status in their first ever National meet.

Next, Sophie Phelps followed up her fifth place finish in the 200 IM last night with an electric final in the 400 IM. Phelps finished in sixth place amongst a field of seasoned veterans, marking her third time on the podium this week.

In the 200 freestyle relay, the team of Mason Green, Theo Randall, Gabe Lee, and Brozek won the consolation final. Notably, Brozek split 19.6 which is an exceptionally fast time for the freshman.

On the women's side, the team of Farley, Emma Dimter, Clare McDermott and Phelps were runner up in the consolation final. Dimter dipped under 23 seconds splitting a 22.99 and Phelps anchored in a blistering 22.6.
At the end of day two, the men sit in 9th and the women sit in 6th.
