Christian Seariac

Christian Seariac enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Williams College baseball team in 2026.

During the 2025 season, the Ephs were the runner-up in the NESCAC Championship, went 22-15 overall and 7-5 in the NESCAC. Williams swept Bowdoin during a best-two-of-three NESCAC Quarterfinal series on May 3-4 in Brunswick, Maine. During a 7-5 win at Wesleyan on April 27, Barrale earned his 350th career victory, and then during an 11-3 victory over MCLA on April 29, he collected his 300th triumph at Williams.

Seariac previously spent two years as a volunteer assistant coach at MIT from 2022-24, where he worked primarily with hitters and outfielders during practices and games. He held regional recruiting duties, which included attending showcases, scouting student-athletes at games and watching film to identify top academic and athletic talent.

He also worked for the Sluggers Baseball Academy from 2020-24, working as an assistant coach for the U13-17 teams during the spring and summer. Seariac ran practices, coached first and third base and established game plans. Additionally, he held clinics and private hitting lessons and coached the U15 team that won the New Balance Select State Championship and Regional Championship.

Seariac was a four-year varsity baseball student-athlete at MCLA from 2017-20, while earning a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting in May 2020. He was elected as a captain during his junior season, was a four-time member of the MASCAC All-Academic Team and was recognized on the All-Conference Second Team in 2017.

Seariac went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University in 2022, while competing on the baseball team for two years. He was a two-time All-Commonwealth Coast Conference honoree. During the 2021 season, he was named to the All-Region Third Team and CoSIDA All-New England Academic Team. Seariac earned D3baseball.com Team of the Week honors in the 2022 season.
