CJ Scarpa joined the Williams staff in August of 2022 as the Ephs quarterbacks coach, bringing with him prior coaching experience on three other college campuses and two internships with NFL teams.
 
Scarpa played quarterback at Elon University in 2013, Bentley University 2014-16, and Merrimack College in 2017. He earned a B.S. in Management Concentration from Bentley in 2017.
 
His first collegiate coaching opportunity was as the Assistant Quarterbacks Coach and the Offensive Quality Control Coach at Harvard in 2018 and 2019. In 2020 Scarpa served as the Tight Ends Coach and Offensive Graduate Assistant at Austin Peay State University and most recently Scarpa was a Special Assistant to the head coach at Arkansas State University, which exposed him to every facet of football coaching on the collegiate level.
 
He spent the summers of 2016 and 2017 as a Field/Film Work Intern with the Houston Texans and in the summer of 2017 Scarpa served as a Football Operations Intern with the New England Patriots.
