Ramon Mignott enters his 11th year as an assistant coach for the Williams College football team in 2026, serving as the linebackers coach, special teams coordinator and assistant recruiting coordinator.
He joined head coach Mark Raymond’s first Williams staff after playing under and coaching with Raymond at St. Lawrence University.
A four-year letterman at St. Lawrence, Mignott played two years under Raymond (2010-11). He was a running back for the Saints his first three years and an outside linebacker as a senior, earning All-Liberty League honorable mention in his final campaign.
Mignott was a member of the first Saints football team to win the Liberty League title and was a member of Raymond’s coaching staff that led the Saints to their second Liberty League Championship in 2015.
Before returning to St. Lawrence to coach with Raymond, Mignott went back to his hometown of Bridgeport, Connecticut, where he coached high school football for three years and worked as a social service manager for Head Start.
Mignott graduated from St. Lawrence in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in sports studies and exercise science.
