Damani Myers enters his second season as an Assistant Coach for the Williams College men's basketball program in 2024-25.

The 2023-24 Ephs earned the No. 1 seed and hosted the NESCAC Tournament at Chandler Gymnasium in Williamstown, Massachusetts, as Williams advanced to the conference title game. The Ephs went 23-7 overall and 9-1 in conference, as the unit won a pair of NCAA Tournament games and advanced all the way to the Sweet 16. The squad also earned a share of the Little Three crown. The Ephs defeated then-No. 4-ranked Trinity, 55-54, in thrilling fashion on Feb. 2 at Chandler, as the team overcame a six-point deficit in the final minute.

Prior to Williams, Myers served as Video Coordinator at Binghamton University (2 seasons), where he oversaw scouting and film exchange. Last season, Myers and the Bearcats enjoyed their highest conference win percentage in 13 years and their final America East place (T-4th) was the highest in 14 years. The team posted a tournament road upset in each of the last two seasons.

Myers earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Saint Peter’s University in May 2020. While at Saint Peter’s, the program produced five All-MAAC selections, the NCAA Division I leader in blocked shots, the MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, and 10 student-athletes that were named to the MAAC All-Academic Team

Myers collegiate coaching career began at Saint Peter's University, where he served as Special Assistant to the Head Coach from 2019-21. At Saint Peter’s, Myers oversaw scouting, film exchange and assisted with player development. During the 2020-21 season, the Peacocks won 18 games before their postseason run was halted by COVID-19.

Prior to Saint Peter’s, Myers also served as an Assistant Coach for Team Final on Nike's Grassroots circuit.
