Ryan Behan enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Williams College men's basketball team in 2025-26.

Previously, he spent two seasons as an assistant at Kalamazoo College in Michigan. Behan helped the Hornets put together their best record in 10 years during the 2023-24 season. Prior to his second season in 2024-25, he took on the role of recruiting coordinator, helping build the program’s future both on and off the court.

Before Kalamazoo, Behan spent time in the NBA G League with the Wisconsin Herd, gaining experience at the professional level. He also brings five years of high school coaching experience, with stops at Okemos High School in Michigan and Wauwatosa East High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Behan brings a well-rounded background in both player development and recruiting, with experience spanning from high school to the professional level.
