David Drozjock completed his first year as an Assistant Coach for the Williams College men's lacrosse team in the 2023-24 academic year.

During Drozjock's first season on the sidelines at Williams, the Ephs defeated three nationally ranked opponents in No. 6 Christopher Newport, No. 18 Middlebury and No. 20 Babson.

Drozjock comes to Williams after serving as Assistant Coach for the men’s lacrosse team at Vassar College since November 2021. During his time with the program, Drozjock helped with a transition to overhaul the offensive strategy and implementation of the offensive game planning. In just his second season, he helped Vassar to score the most goals in program history.

Before Vassar, Drozjock was an Assistant Coach with the boys' lacrosse team at Seton Hall Prep in New Jersey. He helped run a nationally-rated offense, focusing on young player development. The team was the 2021 Essex County Champions.

In addition, Drozjock served as the Facility Manager/Director of Turf City Sports, helping to build youth and adult lacrosse programs from the ground up. In addition to website management, scheduling, customer relations and programming and marketing, he also managed the building, which included two full turf size fields and a weight room.

Drozjock served as the Assistant Coach at Division I Wagner for two seasons, helping to recruit top level prospective student-athletes to the Seahawks. His efforts helped raise the team GPA significantly and also saw him manage an extensive operating budget for the program.

As a collegiate student-athlete, Drozjock played for the men’s lacrosse team at Ithaca College. During the 2016 season, he played in 16 games, posting 13 goals with seven assists, including a four-goal performance in a 17-4 win over SUNY Oneonta.

Though his playing career was cut short due to injury, Drozjock became a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Bombers in 2017, working primarily with the faceoff specialists. He also developed game plans and designed effective practice plans for the offense and faceoff specialists, while conducting comprehensive film sessions and preparing daily team practice plans.

Drozjock, who also served as a Sales Associate for the New York Jets in the summer of 2017, earned his bachelor's in business administration from Ithaca in 2018. He went on to earn his Master of Business Administration from Wagner in 2020.
