Tyler O'Keefe joins the Williams staff in August of 2015 after coaching stints at Rhodes College and Springfield College. He held the title of defensive coordinator for both programs. 

O'Keefe, a Criminal Justice major, graduated from Springfield College in 2012, where he was a four-year member of the lacrosse team. He was selected All-Conference in the Pilgrim League in both 2011 and 2012, and he served as a team captain in 2012. 

In August 2015, O'Keefe received a Master's of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Springfield College.
